Thank you for contacting us.

In order to find the caloric and nutritional value of certain restaurant foods and also compare between many fast food restaurants, please click on the 'Eat Right' tab at the top of any DietWatch page and then click on 'Fast Food quest'. There, you will find a wealth of information regarding restaurant foods.

You can also try to search for certain fast food items in the 'My Plan' tab when you click on 'add food'. We do have many items entered into our food database.

Last but not least, nowadays, a lot of restaurants provide a booklet with nutritional information about their foods. If you cannot find a certain food in our website, you can always try to locate such a booklet and define a specific restaurant food as your private food, and then enter it into your meal plan.
